We at WLDM are looking for a Link Building Team Lead Assistant to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role is designed to support the Account Manager and ensure the smooth execution of link building campaigns, while coordinating with the outreach team and maintaining high-quality standards.

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist the Account Manager in day-to-day campaign management.
• Distribute tasks to link builders and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor link quality, anchor text usage, and adherence to client guidelines.
• Track progress against monthly link building targets.
• Prepare and update campaign performance reports.
• Help resolve team queries and escalate issues to the Account Manager when needed.
• Maintain communication with outreach prospects (as required).
• Support the training of new link builders and ensure SOP compliance.
• Share keyword lists, target websites, and updated sheets with the team.

Assist with client deliverables and ensure timely closures.

Ideal Profile

Who You Are:

• Prior experience in SEO, outreach, and link building.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to follow processes and ensure team compliance.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors in links and data.
• Comfortable working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Self-motivated and proactive in supporting managers and the team.

Compensation & Onboarding

• $1800 USD - $2000 USD, depending on experience.
• Initial trial period (2 weeks) to assess fit and alignment.
