The company is seeking a Senior / Lead Media Buyer who can both run campaigns and take leadership responsibility: finding new sources, auditing existing funnels, and ensuring the team of 3–4 buyers works with maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and scale ad campaigns with focus on high ROI across push, popunder, banner and display networks.
- Continuously search for new traffic sources, funnels, and approaches to fight traffic fatigue and open new growth opportunities.
- Audit team performance, identify gaps, implement process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 media buyers, ensuring reporting discipline, creative variety, and best practices.
- Analyze campaign metrics (ROI, LTV, funnels) and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct A/B tests, optimize conversion funnels, and adapt campaigns to market changes.
- Maintain knowledge of regulations, advertiser requirements, and compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing (dating or adjacent verticals preferred).
- Proven record of finding new sources and scaling traffic profitably.
- Strong understanding of funnels, LTV, and creative testing.
- High analytical skills and ability to implement audits and process improvements.
- Solid knowledge of DSPs and tracking systems (Voluum, AdsBridge, RedTrack, etc.) including S2S setup.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with native ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, Yahoo, Revcontent, MGID, NewsBreak).
- Experience with Taboola/BlackHat-like approaches.
- Product-side background (direct dating advertiser, backend monetization, LTV optimization).
