We are cooperating with a client that is a leading organization in the education sector, providing assessments and data-driven insights for schools and families worldwide. SoftServe partners with this client to design, implement, and evolve a modern, authenticated portal that gives members one place to access resources, understand assessment data, register for events, manage accounts, and more.

With multiple Statements of Work already delivered and the next initiative approved, we’re expanding the team to accelerate advanced, permission-aware search and ongoing platform enhancements. Currently, our team consists of developers, QA, PM, BA, and a designer. Stack: Angular SPA (TypeScript), Strapi on AWS Elastic Beanstalk, PostgreSQL, RDS, AWS S3, OpenSearch, SSO integration, AWS.

if YOU ARE

An Angular Engineer with 4-5 years building production web apps, with significant Angular, TypeScript, and experienceStrong in command of UI engineering (component architecture, state management, performance, accessibility, responsive design)Experienced in consuming REST APIs and shaping maintainable client-server contractsSkilled in SDLC (testing strategy, CI/CD, code reviews, design docs)Comfortable collaborating with Dev, PM, BA, Designer, Architecture, QA and engaging with client stakeholdersA product-centric engineer who cares about outcomes as much as codeA pragmatic collaborator who raises the bar for the teamComfortable working in Agile, continuously evolving roadmap with measurable impactCapable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environmentFamiliar with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or any other search engine analyzers, synonyms, relevance/ranking experiments, k-NN/vector search, facets/filters, secured result filtering (would be a plus)Knowledgeable in Strapi customization (plugins) and content modeling; secure API design (as an advantage)Well-versed in AWS across the common services used above (nice-to-have knowledge)
