We are seeking a motivated People Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted local people partner for both contractors and company managers, building sustainable professional relationships and providing expert HR support.
As an Associate People partner you will play a key role in supporting our contractors throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, company managers, and contractors to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement globally.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with line managers on critical HR matters such as contractor performance, engagement, and retention, providing timely insights and actionable recommendationsConsult and guide employees on career development, company policies, and proceduresConduct regular 1:1 meetings with contractors and proactively report on retention risksPrepare and provide departmental reports, metrics, and information to HR Business Partners and the management teamMaintain employment records related to retention, promotions, performance management, and terminationsWork with HR analytics, including employee satisfaction surveys and other key metrics, to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR practicesProactively suggest process improvements and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.Perform additional tasks as required within the scope of the roleRequirements:
2+ years of relevant HR experienceUpper-intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbalFluent PolishStrong communication and active listening skillsExperience in the IT industryPreferred: Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to official employment contractsDemonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skillsResults-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approacWe offer*:
