About this opportunity

We invite a highly experienced Head of Architecture to join our team and contribute to a project that is transforming payment management in the European automotive industry. In this role, you’ll define the technical direction of our digital payments platform in close collaboration with the CTO, lead and mentor part of the development team, and ensure high standards of quality and security across our systems.

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll help define the technical direction of our platform, guide the development team, and drive system quality, security, and reliability.

• Design and develop key architectural decisions in collaboration with the CTO and the team
• Support the CTO in all technology-related matters and lead part of the development team
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers on architecture and best practices
• Ensure platform quality and reliable operation while driving discussions on new directions and technical initiatives
• Take ownership of technical and security-related topics
• Develop and enhance existing systems and services
• Build prototypes as guidelines for experienced colleagues and implement hotfixes as needed
• Conduct continuous reviews to ensure alignment with the target architecture
