We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong backend expertise in Node.js and .NET to join our team. You’ll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client’s portfolio – a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.

5+ years of commercial backend development experience with Node.js2+ years of hands-on experience with .NETAbility to read and understand PHP codeStrong MongoDB expertise and practical hands-on experiencePractical experience with AWS and familiarity with cloud best practicesUnderstanding of REST APIs and backend architectureExperience with version control systems (Git)Experience writing unit tests and maintaining code qualityStrong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work in a collaborative environmentExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsUpper-Intermediate English levelProactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability

Desirable:

In this role, you’ll help develop and maintain core backend systems for a robust payroll platform, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Build, maintain, and enhance core backend systems using Node.js and .NETDesign and implement REST APIs and work with MongoDB databasesWrite high-quality, maintainable code, including unit tests to ensure functionality and reliabilityCollaborate with team members to design features, troubleshoot issues, and solve problemsParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
