Proven in Java development, ideally gained in a fast-paced environmentExperienced with JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactProficient in writing well-structured, high-performance code for scalable web applications and APIsKnowledgeable in database design, with experience in both SQL and NoSQL systemsFamiliar with cloud platforms like AWS or comparable alternativesSkilled in CI/CD workflows and containerization using tools like DockerIndependent and self-directed in handling tasks with minimal supervisionFluent in English at an intermediate level or higher for effective team collaborationExperienced with platforms such as Twilio, Iterable, or similar cloud communications solutions (would be a plus)AND YOU WANT TO
