We are looking for a Senior Python Full Stack Engineer to join IntelliArts and become part of the team working with Reprise — the world’s first demo platform for software.

For decades, every sales and marketing team has struggled to show their software. Failed demos are a meme of the modern business world. Reprise solves this challenge by enabling companies to deliver perfect demos with perfect data — every time, on every call, in every campaign, and on stage.

Today, Reprise supports some of the world’s largest enterprises, with tens of thousands of sales and marketing professionals demoing their products daily through the platform. Backed by leading investors (ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Accomplice VC, Glasswing Ventures), Reprise is shaping the “demo platform” category it started in 2020.

As an engineer, you will work across the product, including the Chrome extension, editing platform, and replay rendering. You will help customers create, organize, and analyze replays, wrangle web standards to serialize and deserialize HTML applications, and apply CI/CD and TDD practices to deliver rock-solid code. With minimal meetings, you’ll have time to focus on building impactful features — and typically ship your first production code on day one.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience using Python or JavaScript
• Front-End development experience (e.g., React or other modern JS frameworks)
• Experience with Django or Flask
• Excellent understanding of the OO design/programming paradigm
• Solid background in computer science and programming
• Strong knowledge of databases and networks
• Experience with AWS and deploying cloud-based applications
• Ability to think beyond technical solutions to address business challenges
• At least Upper Intermediate English

• A passion for mentoring and coaching more junior team members
• Enthusiasm for adapting to the changing needs of the business
• Excitement about startups and working with a small Agile team, or start-up experience
