We are looking for a high-performance Full Stack Engineer for our client – a dynamic, innovative company delivering an AI-powered engagement platform that transforms customer and patient interactions. With a small to mid-sized remote engineering team based primarily in Southeast Asia, the company is expanding into Brazil, the US, and Australia. This role marks their first engineering hire in the LATAM region, offering a unique opportunity to shape the team’s presence in Brazil. Project – an AI-powered platform designed for enterprise clients in sectors like healthcare, insurance, and government. It delivers conversational AI solutions such as virtual assistants and chatbots that automate customer and patient interactions, enhance user engagement, and improve operational efficiency. The platform integrates with client systems to support business workflows and offers secure, scalable, and maintainable AI-driven features.
Experience / Skills required:
Must have:
Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development (experience with Express or similar frameworks) Expertise in Vue.js for frontend development, including modern state management practices (Vuex or Pinia) Solid understanding of TypeScript for typed code development. Experience with MSSQL databases, including structured queries and working with ORMs or raw SQL Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience addressing vulnerabilities identified in VAPT reports Familiarity with Agile Scrum development environments Excellent communication skills, particularly for engaging with non-technical stakeholders and clients. Upper-Intermediate English and betterGood to have:

Design, develop, and deploy new features for the AI-powered engagement platform Own the technical delivery of client projects from requirements gathering to implementation Debug and resolve production issues promptly to ensure platform reliability Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to provide technical expertise and support Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide feedback, and showcase platform capabilities Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and secure code adhering to best practices Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality Address security vulnerabilities identified in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) reports Follow Agile Scrum workflows, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesWe offer:
