Ciklum is looking for a Full-Stack (ServiceNow) Developer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Full-Stack (ServiceNow) Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building applications within the ServiceNow platform, including creating custom UI elements using ServiceNow’s scripting capabilities (GlideScript). In addition, the candidate will support and build Python and rest based integrations with third-party systems, ensuring a smooth, scalable, and secure interoperability between platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including UI components and business logic Create and maintain ServiceNow application, workflows, client/server-side scripts Understand and extend the ServiceNow data model to support organizational requirements Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the Company Centra system using REST and custom APIs Build and maintain integration tools and middleware, primarily using Python Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production systems Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and Product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Follow best practices in code management, deployment, and security for ServiceNow and external integration codebases

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and data model Experience with ServiceNow UI development, including form customization, Service Portal, and custom widgets Proficient in JavaScript and GlideScript (or related ServiceNow scripting framework) Solid knowledge and experience with Python, especially for backend/API integration use cases Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Developer (CAD) certification Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployments for ServiceNow apps and scripts Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules Knowledge of data normalization, CMDB structures Experience integrating with platforms such as Jira, or internal enterprise tools
