CX & Digital Manager (m/f/d)
Position
As part of the CX & Digital team, the role is a leading part of JTI Switzerland Digital ecosystem (eCommerce, Websites, eCRM and More) with the aim to engage consumers, deliver the best online experience through the available touchpoints and build leading brands. The key objective is to increase loyalty, advocacy and sales through the relevant channels.
Responsibilities
Digital Ecosystem management:
Full responsibility for developing, maintaining and leveraging the digital ecosystem to engage consumers better in relationship with IT departments and selected agenciesNew engagement channels, touchpoints & mechanics scouting and assessmentDigital campaign management:
Communication & activation strategy/mechanism definition and executionEnsure execution consistency between on/offline touchpoints by liaising with all team membersCampaign content & assets creation, agency managementCampaign measurement & post analysisB2B management:
Own B2B digital ecosystem strategy, development, and maintenanceLead the development of our trade engagement platform, including new features, campaigns and expansionLead Ploom Direct roll-out, improvement and expansionLead B2B2C workflows, enabling trade programs with Key Accounts and traditional tradeManage Distributor relationship and operations for RRP eCommerceLead 3rd party partnerships to improve Ploom presence, distribution and growthRequirements
University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or similarSolid experience in Marketing, Sales and Digital Affinity to digital technologies and consumer-centric thinking Team player & fast learnerExcellent command of written and spoken English and German, French is a plus
