We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer / Meta Ads Expert to take ownership of our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising efforts.
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays,
9AM-5PM Central European Time
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience running high-budget campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop ad creatives in close collaboration with our creative team. The ideal candidate is a full-stack performance marketer who understands funnel strategies and is confident managing B2B campaigns that drive real business results.
Plan, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across all funnel stages (especially cold funnel/B2B lead generation campaigns).
Work with monthly budgets of $20,000–$50,000+ to drive measurable ROI.
Generate creative concepts for ad visuals and copy that align with marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to bring your ad ideas to life through compelling images and video assets.
Analyze performance data using Hyros to guide optimizations and improve conversion tracking.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Meta advertising and AI-driven marketing.
Write high-converting ad copy that aligns with campaign messaging and brand voice.
Contribute to ongoing creative testing, campaign iterations, and performance reviews.
Must-Haves:
Proven track record managing Meta ad campaigns with budgets of at least $50,000.
Hands-on experience running B2B and call funnel campaigns on Meta platforms.
Proficiency with Hyros for tracking, attribution, and performance analysis.
Strong skills in data analytics and performance-based decision-making.
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for high-performing ad angles.
Ability to lead creative direction for ad visuals and collaborate with design teams.

Background or interest in AI-enhanced creative processes.
Experience working with digital marketing or creative agencies.
