Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a System Analyst to work on a project in the field of Banking.

The customer is a leading retail bank in Uzbekistan, known for its innovative financial solutions and customer-centric approach. The bank emphasizes convenience, allowing customers to manage their finances entirely online, from opening accounts to making payments and transfers. It also provides a virtual wallet feature, enabling users to add cards from any bank and make seamless transactions 24/7.

The project is the creation of a standardized reporting system for the Central Bank and other regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

Analyzing requirements and current reporting. Determining necessary data for the formation of each metric. Developing and coordinating with the business the requirements for the formation and calculation of key metrics. Considering the specifics of accounting and banking transactions. Working with the corporate data warehouse (DWH). Developing calculation algorithms and standards. Formulating tasks for data engineers. Collaborating with business and technical teams. Accepting and verifying data. Supporting and developing reporting.

Requirements

Experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years. Knowledge of the principles of Data Warehousing. Understanding of banking and accounting processes, including IFRS standards. Experience in data analysis and calculation algorithm development. Skills in interacting with business and technical teams. Ability to draft technical specifications for developers (data engineers). Experience working with banking data, data systems, and data sources. Experience with master systems. Experience in task description for reporting. Knowledge of querying data sources and experience in describing query structures. Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
