💫We are Global P&C Solutions Team
We are ambassadors of Agile Ways of Working. Our scope includes implementing global People & Culture (P&C) solutions in line with the P&C strategy and the portfolio of strategic initiatives, such as P&C AI Solutions, RRP (Reduced-Risk Products) capabilities, the revision of the global talent management process, and the Talent Marketplace.
In addition, we work closely with the P&C Leadership Team and locations by aligning the community around P&C strategy, driving P&C Innovations, streamlining the P&C service portfolio, and promoting collaborative ways of working on the Company level.

The Global P&C Solutions Manager will be supporting one of the areas listed above.
The team's scope is regularly rotated, allowing you to develop your skills in multiple areas and stay at the forefront of P&C innovation.
