We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our service ecosystem. This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional who can align market needs with company’s long-term vision, ensuring seamless integration of services that enhance our solutions and shape the future of Ajax’s ecosystem, delivering seamless and valuable experiences to customers worldwide.
Ajax Services is an umbrella term covering the broad set of tools and capabilities designed to empower our partners. Through our advanced digital infrastructure and cloud-based approach, we deliver valuable services to enhance product experience. Ajax Services expand software possibilities, improve signaling, and streamline security management. By partnering with Ajax, you gain access to a stable ecosystem that helps your business thrive.
Ajax Services already include:
⁃ Ajax SIM ⁃ Dual-path Signalling presets
⁃ Cloud Storage for video
⁃ IP Telephony
Main Responsibilities:
⁃ Identify market and customer needs for services, align them with the company’s mid and long-term goals
⁃ Research markets and competitors to ensure the best value proposition
⁃ Manage entire product lifecycle — from ideation through launch, to continuous improvement
⁃ Take full ownership over the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of Ajax Services. Define and articulate them clearly with business and RnD stakeholders.
⁃ Analyse, and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance
⁃ Prioritise data-driven and feedback-driven approach in feature development, ensuring minimal risks and time to market
We’re looking for:
⁃ 3+ years of product management experience in tech products, preferably with a focus on recurring revenue model
⁃ Proven track record of delivering successful products that drive revenue growth
⁃ Excellent English (both written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have:
⁃ Experience with products that have comprehensive interaction with hardware devices
⁃ Knowledge of the security products market or a related area
⁃ Technical background
