Role outline
We work with enterprise clients across banking, insurance, and technology domains. We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT services or outsourcing), ready to grow and help us expand our client base.
You’ll join a growing sales team, get support from marketing and delivery, and contribute to attracting new clients worldwide. You’ll gradually take more ownership of the sales process as you build confidence and experience.
About you
You’re early in your sales career but already have a feel for the full sales cycle and want to grow into a top-performing sales professional. You’re driven by results, comfortable communicating in English, and enjoy building strong relationships with clients. You’re curious about clients’ business needs and ready to connect them with smart software solutions.
You will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and collaborate closely with the marketing and lead generation teams.
Responsibilities:
Support and grow outbound lead generation activities Qualify inbound and outbound prospects Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline Participate in discovery calls and assist with proposals Maintain CRM records and sales documentation Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and content Learn to manage and close smaller deals, with guidance from senior team members Provide excellent customer experience at every stage of the sales cycle
Requirements:
Must-have: 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or tech services Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) Basic understanding of enterprise clients’ needs and software services Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation Previous experience working with international clients Understanding of the IT outsourcing business model
