QA CHEMICAL LAB OPERATOR
Runs chemical laboratory testing activities (measurement, reporting and analysis) according to quality plan and specified procedure, implement ISO 17025 standards, troubleshoot equipment problems - if needed whilst implementing 5S3R value and QHSE-En accordingly.
As the QA Chemical Lab Operator, you will:
Perform Lab Measurements:Conduct measurement activities as per defined Quality plan and provide the report to line manager.Assist other lab testing for other department including measurement for cigarette trials, water testing activities to monitor the WWTP and utility process, Primary process (clove or as per request) and provide the report to the related department.Lab Instrument Handling:Perform intermediate and performance test on Chemical Lab equipment, manage external calibration and maintenance, ensure equipment cleanliness and readiness prior to use and perform cleaning activities and maintenance of instruments referring to standard operating procedure.Provide result report of equipment performance evaluation and conduct collaborative study as per defined plan.ISO 17025 Implementation: Fully involved in ISO 17025 implementation; operation of equipment as per reference standards, ensuring conformities of instrument performance, methods verification and validation, determination of uncertainty in measurement results, conformities of lab environment, reference standards, materials and perforning verification of defined CRM.IMS Implementation on MSDS Management:MSDS management and continuous update in the SDS manager system, understands characteristics and risks of all chemicals in laboratories to ensure safety and health in daily lab activities.QHSE-En Implementation:Understand and implement appropriate control measure and methods for Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental, and Energy (QHSE-En).Actively participate in QHSE-En training and required qualifications.Actively implement and promote a positive QHSE-En culture, actively demonstrate commitment to QHSE-En through leading by example, and proactively take actions to continuously improve QHSE-En performance.Requirements:
