Communicating, building long-term relationships; Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns; Be responsible for partners' budgets; Monitor partner activities and performance, including transaction checks (fraud risk, unusual activities); Participate in affiliate marketing online/offline events. Your background: 2+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing; Deep understanding of the Dating and Sweepstakes verticals; Experience in building large affiliate networks; Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU); Upper-intermediate English level; Focus on results and strong ambitions for success.
