SoftServe IoT Practice builds scalable, secure, and high-quality IoT solutions for global customers. We are expanding our leadership bench and are looking for experienced engineers who can take technical ownership, guide teams, and shape future IoT solutions.

IF YOU ARE

Having at least 8+ years of experience C++Familiar with Linux internals, system architecture, and embedded/edge environmentsExperienced in designing and reviewing software architectureCapable of embedded and edge system developmentStrong in Docker and containerized applicationsKnowledgeable of computer vision fundamentalsAware of Industry , including industrial IoT architectures, automation, and connected production environmentsProficient in networking and communication protocols (MQTT, DDS, CAN, TCP/IP, etc.)Confident with CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment workflowsFamiliar with IoT cloud integration (Azure, AWS, or similar)Proficient in leading small to mid-sized engineering teams (3-7 engineers)Communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment

AND YOU WANT TO

Work in a project-agnostic role, intended for upcoming and evolving IoT engagements Design end-to-end IoT and edge software solutionsLead technical discussions, reviews, and estimationsMentor engineers and grow team expertiseDefine best practices and improve engineering standardsCollaborate with engineers, architects, delivery managers, stakeholders, and pre-sales teams to design and deliver robust IoT and embedded systemsWork on multiple hardware platforms, operating systems, and communication stacksPerform peer design and code reviews and provide feedback on areas that need improvementInteract with cross-functional team (BA, QA, DEV, PM) to assure an organic product evolutionAttend and contribute to Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, retros, etc.
