ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager (Integrations) , you will define and drive the strategy, vision, and execution of a scalable integration platform, enabling seamless connectivity across multiple products and systems. Acting as a bridge between business and engineering, you’ll design integration solutions, guide architecture decisions, and lead product lifecycle initiatives from concept to release. This role offers high cross-functional visibility, blending product leadership with system thinking to deliver impactful, long-term solutions in a complex SaaS environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and execute integration platform strategy, vision, and execution across product lines;
- Collaborate with R&D integration, development, DevOps, Professional Services, and Product teams;
- Manage product or feature lifecycle from strategic planning through release;
- Design scalable solutions that accommodate a wide range of customers;
- Inform buy, build, or partner decision-making processes.
MUST HAVES
- Strong experience with system integrations including APIs, middleware, data mapping, and transformations ;
- Strong understanding of data structures, field mapping, and transformations ;
- Ability to act as a Senior BA and Product hybrid ;
- Experience integrating multiple systems and platforms ;
- Experience with cross-team technical alignment across Engineering, DevOps, and Product;
- Comfort discussing architecture-level decisions ;
- Experience gathering requirements from clients and external systems;
- 4+ years of experience in software business analysis and product management ;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma ;
- Familiarity with LLM, ML, agentic systems, and AI tools for prototyping;
- Upper-intermediate English level .
NICE TO HAVES
- University degree;
- Product Management certification;
- PMP certification;
- Subject matter expertise with Ellucian products including Banner, Colleague, Ethos integration, and business process APIs;
- Experience with data analysis including Tableau;
- Experience with SIS or ERP integrations;
- Exposure to middleware platforms or integration layers;
- Background in data-heavy environments such as ETL or pipelines;
- Practical knowledge of SQL.

Requirements- 2–3+ years of experience in growth or marketing performance roles — ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech services space. - Understanding of the AI market landscape, with the ability to promote AI development services and translate technical capabilities into marketing messages. - Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns and managing performance metrics. - Familiarity with CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g. Instantly, Reply.io, Apollo). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
