IF YOU ARE

Having at least 3+ years of experience in datacenter operations or enterprise infrastructure supportStrong in Datacenter hardware (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, Lenovo, etc.)Familiar with Virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi)Capable of SAN/NAS storage platforms (including Infinidat / InfiniBox / InfiniGuard)Skilled in Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)Experienced in monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Prometheus, vROps, etc.)Confident with Smart Hands ServicesFamiliar with ticketing/ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)Able to participate in on‐call rotations and after‐hours maintenance windowsAware of basic scripting knowledge like PowerShell, Bash or Python (is not a must)

AND YOU WANT TO

Have daily operations of datacenter environments including servers, storage, network, and supporting hardwareEnsure high availability across all datacenter systems through proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolutionMaintain compliance with operational standards, capacity thresholds, and SLAsManage SAN/NAS systems, including provisioning, zoning, performance checks, and lifecycle tasksCollaborate with Storage Engineering teams when escalations involve complex fabric, replication, or performance behaviorsOversee physical server infrastructure lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, firmware, and retirementSupport operations of VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), including host maintenance, datastore checks, and VM-related incidentsContribute to capacity planning and resource optimization across clusters and compute platformsMaintain accurate asset inventories, documentation, and infrastructure diagramsPerform scheduled maintenance activities including firmware upgrades, patch cycles, and equipment refreshEnsure datacenter cleanliness, cabling standards, access control, and environmental compliance
