We are looking for a Senior UAV Engineer with strong robotics integration experience to join an innovative project focused on wind turbine maintenance using drones and robotic systems.
The product is not just a drone – it is a complex platform where UAVs act as carriers for robotic tools, enabling precise inspection and repair of wind turbine blades in real-world conditions.

Must have:
Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field Proven hands-on experience with ArduPilot Experience with dual GPS configurations Practical experience implementing RTK systems Strong PID tuning experience on UAV platforms Experience working with medium to large drones Upper-Intermediate English and betterResponsibilities:
Design and optimize UAV systems for industrial inspection and maintenance operations Integrate drones with robotic repair tooling Improve flight stability and positioning accuracy near wind turbines Develop or customize flight control systems and navigation Ensure safe operations around large rotating structures Collaborate with robotics, embedded, and software teams to integrate drone systems with the broader maintenance platform Support field testing and deployment of drone systemsWe offer:
