T&E Accountant with knowledge of Polish

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Travel & Expenses Accountant to join our finance team.

With you we will:

• Assist employees with travel expense reporting and auditing corporate expense reports (Concur, Artificial Inteligance).
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues from different countries to ensure process efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to Travel & Expenses (T&E) in accordance with Nestlé standards.
• Reconcile accounts related to T&E (SAP).
• Administration of corporate credit cards (CitiBank, Amex, etc).
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processes performed according to defined SLAs, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving

Key requirements:

• A professional with university degree (International relations/Economics/Finance would be an advantage)
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
• Able to manage big volume data (extraction, analysis)
• Responsible, attentive to details and result-oriented with strong analytical, communication and time-management skills
• Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment
• Have Intermediate English and Polish languages level or higher
