The purpose of the PfV Officer position is to deliver NRC protection interventions in Odeska,
Mykolaivska, and Khersonska oblasts from Mykolaiv field office. The position will be managed by the
PfV Team Lead under the overall management of the PfV Manager and with technical support from
the country level PfV Specialist.
The protection interventions include delivery of the following services: a) Individual Protection
Assistance with a client-centered approach, b) protection referrals, counseling, and accompaniment, c)
protection monitoring, d) community self-protection initiatives to strengthen existing coping mechanisms
which proved to be efficient, e) others if appear due to the program changes.
All the interventions are implemented in accordance with internal and global standards and with respect to
protection mainstreaming principles.
