As a Digital Intern within our prestigious L'Oréal Luxe, you will join a dynamic team at the heart of digital innovation. You will have the opportunity to support our iconic brands, gaining hands-on experience by spearheading your own projects and contributing to our digital success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Content & Campaign Creation: Develop engaging marketing content based on social media trends and participate in the creation of powerful media campaigns.Community & Influence: Interact with consumers across our social platforms, collaborate with influencers, and become a voice for our brands.Performance & Analytics: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of our social media activities, turning data into actionable insights.Strategy & Innovation: Track the latest media trends and best practices, adapting international guides and creating local content to keep us at the forefront of the industry.We are seeking an aspiring digital marketer who is creative, proactive, and ready to make an impact. Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Creative, with an innovative approach to content and campaigns.An excellent communicator with strong analytical skills.Fluent in both Ukrainian and English (Upper-intermediate level).Here are 5 core skills for this role:
