5+ years as a DevOps engineerStrong knowledge and experience with Azure services, including but not limited to Azure VMs, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Networking, etc.Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar roleExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as TerraformHands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins CI/CD tools for building, testing, and deploying software applications.Familiarity with configuration management tools such as AnsibleProficiency in scripting and automation using BashSolid understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Azure infrastructure and application-related issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsRESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure and application-related issues, ensuring high availability and performanceDesign, implement, and manage the Azure infrastructure to support the development and deployment of software applicationsDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools for automated build, test, and deployment processesImplement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and KubernetesCollaborate with the development team to optimise code quality, security, and performance in the CI/CD pipelineImplement and manage Azure infrastructure as code using a tool such as TerraformMaintain and enforce best practices for source control, branching, and release managementEnsure compliance with security and governance standards in Azure infrastructure and DevOps processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in DevOps practicesWHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS
