Content Quality & Localization Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality content across company websites and communications. This role focuses on translations, content localization, post-publication quality checks, and maintaining consistency of tone of voice and style across all brands and locales.
Responsibilities:
- Perform content translations using ChatGPT, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand tone consistency.
- Collect and prepare website content for localization across different brands and locales.
- Coordinate and transfer prepared materials to external translation agencies when required.
- Review and validate translated content received from agencies before publication.
- Conduct post-publication content quality checks on websites.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies in published materials and return them for revision.
- Perform regular website checks to ensure content correctness, completeness, and consistency.
- Monitor and maintain tone of voice, stylistic guidelines, and brand communication standards across locales.
- Document recurring issues and quality gaps to support continuous improvement of localization and content quality processes.
- Collaborate with content managers, copywriters, and CRM teams to ensure aligned and high-quality outputs.
Requirements
- English B2.
- Basic understanding of content localization and translation workflows.
- Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content translation and adaptation.
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to identify stylistic, linguistic, and contextual inconsistencies in content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Clear communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
