Наш замовник — NDA iGaming Brand, міжнародна продуктова компанія з понад 6-річним досвідом на ринку та командою 200+ спеціалістів.

У зв'язку з запуском нового Crypto Casino, команда наразі в пошуках досвідченого Chief Marketing Officer, який побудує з нуля маркетинговий напрямок, сформує команду та підготує продукт до успішного запуску на ринок.

Requirements

  • Досвід від 3+ років в crypto/Web3/iGaming/fintech (обов'язково)

  • Експертиза в performance marketing: Google Ads, X Ads, TikTok, CPA networks

  • Практичний досвід роботи з бюджетами $1M+/рік

  • Глибоке розуміння аналітики: CAC, LTV, ROAS, UTMs, cohort analysis

  • Досвід управління affiliate/KOL/crypto media

  • Розуміння базової токеноміки та retention економік

  • Досвід побудови маркетингових команд з нуля

  • Володіння інструментами: LinkedIn, Telegram, Google Slides, Figma, аналітичні інструменти

  • Стратегічне мислення, лідерство, швидке прийняття рішень

  • Структурність, креативність, вміння працювати з невизначеністю

  • Сильні комунікаційні навички, стресостійкість

  • Здатність працювати в швидкому Web3 середовищі


Responsibilities

  • Аудит та моніторинг ринку Web3/iGaming

  • Вдосконалення ринкової стратегії та партнерської мережі

  • Створення та контроль брендової стратегії

  • Формування структури маркетингової команди, запуск найму, менеджмент маркетинг P&L

  • Планування ресурсів та цілей, контроль їх виконання

  • Постійна комунікація з CEO та іншими стейкхолдерами проєкту

  • Створення стратегії побудови партнерської мережі та контроль відносин

  • Запуск контент-машини (Twitter/Telegram/Discord)

  • Побудова трекінгу (UTM, аналітика), affiliate-системи, PR-фундаменту

  • Підготовка до запуску бренду та масштабування (pre-launch activity)
