International crypto-fintech company working with B2B clients, including iGaming and adjacent industries. The company has over 200 active clients, licenses in Gibraltar and Cyprus, established processes, and a stable product. Team size is around 30, remote work is common.
The Partnership Manager will focus on building and growing partner networks rather than traditional sales. The role is key to expanding low and medium-risk verticals and introducing new business channels.
Identify and develop partners, agents, and consultants for crypto-processing, crypto-fiat rails, and business wallets (co-sell, referral, resell).
Expand business into new low and medium-risk verticals.
Leverage networks in iGaming through providers and consultancies, not operators.
Maintain long-term relationships with partners and monitor performance.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partnership success.
Support strategic initiatives to grow partner-driven revenue.
Experience in payment consulting, legal consulting in iGaming, or partnerships with PSPs/banks/aggregators.
Network in travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury, or premium retail is a plus.
Familiarity with low/medium-risk B2B payments or willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills for working with international clients.
