For over a year, it has been supporting the growth of Ukrainian startups operating at the intersection of technology, security, and defenсe.Responsibilities:Handle the company’s legal, administrative, and accounting processes.Ensure compliance with national regulations and reporting requirements.Provide administrative and organisational support to the CEO.Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and internal communication.Support startups within the accelerator on basic administrative, legal, and financial matters.Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external use.Assist with procurement, contracts, and service agreements.Requirements:Experience in defence tech administration, operations, or management.Knowledge of legal, compliance, and accounting processes in Ukraine.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to support both leadership and defence tech startups with administrative needs.High attention to detail in managing documents and processesStrong communication skills in Ukrainian; working ability in English.Offer :Full-time position with official employment.Hybrid working model with access to our office.Full reimbursement for business expenses incurred.Competitive salary.Opportunity to contribute to the growth of innovative startups.
