- Oversee access control, system uptime, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding across all technical tools.
- 5. Technical Leadership
- Lead technical projects end-to-end and write clear requirements.
- Coordinate external developers and oversee delivery.
- Advise leadership on architecture, scalability, and digital improvements.
- Continuously optimize systems, automations, and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
- 4–6+ years in IT, engineering, DevOps, or technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on Shopify skills (themes, apps, APIs, multi-store).
- Advanced HubSpot experience (automation, data structure, workflows).
- Solid expertise with API integrations, cloud systems, DNS, and databases.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and managing developers.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS (LeanWorks, Interport) and analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
- Experience with logistics integrations (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
