We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter with outstanding sales and communication skills a true professional who can represent the agency at the highest standard, someone who thrives in a results-driven environment, enjoys connecting with people over the phone, and understands the value of SEO in growing businesses. You're organized, detail-oriented, persuasive, and excited about the opportunity to earn more based on your performance. 

You will take inbound calls from our Facebook ads and turn them into appointments with our sales team. This role requires both appointment-setting expertise and strong sales skills to engage with business owners effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional first-contact calls to ask discovery call questions and basically qualify the person. If its a good fit, then you would book a demo with our sales team.  Use persuasion and sales techniques to convert conversations into booked appointments Any lead that doesnt self-book needs to be called and booked. All leads will be provided. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding and supporting their needs Represent the agency professionally and confidently in all client interactions

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of phone/appointment setting and sales experience Strong persuasion and sales skills with a proven track record of converting conversations into qualified appointments Extensive communication skills Experience with Go HighLevel Experience with SEO or digital marketing High level of responsibility and professionalism High emotional intelligence To be comfortable talking on the phone all day To be prepared to work remotely in the USA timezone Fluent English
