We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Creative Strategist to join our clients' fast-growing e-commerce business. In this role, you will live and breathe the brand - deeply understanding aesthetics, consumer needs, and business goals - while driving the creative strategy behind our marketing performance.
You will be responsible for shaping compelling direct-response-driven creatives, managing the full content pipeline, and ensuring our brand message resonates across all channels.
This position is ideal for someone with strong e-commerce experience, a passion for creative performance, and the ability to adapt quickly to a brand’s visual and strategic direction.
This is a full-time, remote role, ideally based within or near the European / Turkey time zone.
- Write compelling direct-response copy for Facebook ads, emails, and other marketing assets.
- Plan, build, and manage email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Track and review influencer content and repurpose high-performing assets for ads.
- Brief, coordinate, and manage content creators, influencers, and models to produce on-brand, high-performing creatives.
- Collaborate closely with designers throughout the content creation process.
- Monitor creative trends and gather inspiration using platforms such as Facebook Ad Library, Pinterest, etc.
- Follow seasonal campaigns, holidays, and promotional periods to support timely creative output.
- Understand and adapt to our brand aesthetics - aligning creative tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Participate in performance reviews of creative assets and provide strategic input for continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in creative - and performance - driven roles.
- Proven experience in direct response marketing and copywriting for online sales.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into tactical creative execution.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Drive, Trello, Canva.
- High attention to detail and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Full-time availability.
- Previous experience working with brands in similar product categories (although not required, adaptability to our aesthetic is key).
- A strong personal sense of aesthetics and the ability to quickly understand and adapt to a brand’s visual identity.
- Experience analyzing the performance of creatives and implementing improvements.
- Background managing or mentoring content contributors or creative teams.
- Portfolio that demonstrates versatility across different brand styles.
