Accountabilities:

·        Document system architecture, methodologies, and best practices to maintain operational standards and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

·        Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, with hands-on software development expertise.

·        Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).

·        Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

·        Experience with data analysis, model evaluation, and statistical methods to derive actionable insights.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

·        Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams and mentor colleagues.

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
