THE JOURNEY

Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of daily accounting operations Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two accountants to achieve departmental goals and ensure high-quality performance Ensure full compliance with statutory and tax reporting requirements, including VAT, CPT, and preparation of financial statements Manage and execute month-end closing procedures, performing detailed accounting checks and reconciliations Drive process improvements by streamlining workflows and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency Support internal, local, and tax audits by providing accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards Manage business travel expenses, employee reimbursements, and general operational expenditures Provide expert guidance and support to business units on tax-related matters and compliance requirements Oversee intercompany transactions and recharges, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and accounting 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Strong command of English (B2 level), with good written and verbal communication skills Native level Ukrainian language Over 2 years of proven experience in accounting and financial operations Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate team activities effectively Advanced proficiency in accounting and reporting software, including 1C, BAS, M.E.Doc, Vchasno, and Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a solid understanding of financial documentation and compliance standards
