Big Data & Analytics Center of Excellence is the data consulting and data engineering branch at SoftServe. Starting as a small team back in 2013, it has grown into a community of hundreds of Data Engineers and Architects who design and deliver end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions — from strategy and technical design to proof of concept and large-scale implementation. We work with clients across Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Energy industries.

We hold top-level partnership statuses with major cloud providers and collaborate with leading technology partners like AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and others.

IF YOU ARE

Experienced as a DW/BI Engineer with 5+ years of track record Proficient in Power BI and at least one other visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sisense, or a similar platformAdept at designing and developing data visualizations, dashboards, and workbooks that deliver clear business insightsSkilled in SQL and capable of optimizing queries for improved performanceExperienced in eliciting business requirements and translating them into optimal data models, transformations, and visualization solutionsFamiliar with modern database technologies used for analytics, such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Oracle, or TeradataCapable of communicating fluently in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher for daily collaboration with international teamsKnowledgeable in ELT orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Apache Airflow, Informatica, or Talend (as a plus)
