Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Concept Artist to establish and lead the visual direction for key assets in our project. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a unique and cohesive art style, creating high-quality illustrations, and defining guidelines that other Concept Artists will follow. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the game and ensure consistency across all artistic elements.

Develop a distinctive and cohesive art style that supports the overall vision of the project.Create high-quality, detailed illustrations for a variety of assets, including characters, environments, and objects.Define and communicate art guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across all artwork.Collaborate with art directors and other teams to ensure the style is integrated seamlessly into the overall game experience.Produce quick sketches, digital illustrations, and paint-overs to support art direction and maintain visual coherence.Provide feedback and mentorship to other team members, ensuring their work aligns with the established art style.Plan, estimate, and prioritize timeframes for completing tasks, and track progress using designated tracking tools.Continuously refine and elevate the quality of artwork to push the visual experience forward.Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Concept Artist in the game industry, with a strong emphasis on illustration and visual storytelling.Extensive experience in 2D drawing and illustration, with a deep understanding of core art principles such as composition, color theory, contrast, and tonal values.Proven ability to create highly detailed, illustrative work while maintaining a consistent and scalable style.Advanced proficiency in Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator, Flash, and After Effects is a plus.Knowledge of 3D software (3ds Max, ZBrush, Blender) is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Intermediate or higher level of English.A background in graphic design, film, or video production is welcomed.
