Job Overview
At Scriveiner, we design, craft, and deliver British luxury to customers around the world. As we continue to grow our global e-commerce footprint, we’re seeking a Chief of Staff who can think strategically, act decisively, and partner closely with our CEO to translate ambition into execution.
This is a senior leadership role — not administrative in nature — serving as a strategic advisor and operational right hand to the CEO. You will help shape the company’s direction, align priorities, and ensure flawless execution across teams and markets.
You’ll operate at both altitude and depth: turning strategic intent into structured delivery, guiding leaders towards clarity, and ensuring Scriveiner’s standards of excellence are reflected in every operational detail.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable priorities and measurable results that drive commercial and operational success.
- Lead the business planning cadence, guiding the design and delivery of OKRs to ensure focus, accountability, and progress.
- Take ownership of high-impact initiatives that cross departmental lines — ensuring strategic objectives turn into tangible outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Fulfilment to align growth efforts and uphold Scriveiner’s commitment to excellence.
Operational Alignment
- Keep the business moving in harmony — aligning teams, resources, and priorities to achieve consistent delivery.
- Structure leadership meetings, reviews, and reporting frameworks that drive meaningful decisions and continuous improvement.
- Identify and address operational friction points before they affect performance.
- Build scalable systems, tools, and rituals that uphold quality while enabling growth.
- Serve as the bridge between strategic goals and the day-to-day rhythm of execution, ensuring the business operates with clarity and precision.
Growth & Go-to-Market Enablement
- Collaborate with the CEO to strengthen growth across Amazon, Shopify, and D2C channels, maintaining both pace and brand integrity.
- Partner with Operations and Fulfilment to optimise 3PL relationships and customer delivery standards.
- Develop clear visibility into commercial performance — dashboards, reporting cadences, and KPIs that connect activity to outcomes.
- Support pricing, product operations, and go-to-market initiatives that enhance brand reach and profitability.
Team & Leadership Partnership
- Work alongside the CEO to shape the leadership team’s rhythm, decision-making, and strategic focus.
- Act as a trusted partner — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the leadership agenda.
- Strengthen cross-department collaboration, ensuring leaders are aligned on goals, priorities, and accountability.
- Promote a culture of ownership, professionalism, and high standards — enabling leaders to perform at their best and teams to thrive.
- Be the steady operational counterpart who ensures leadership remains focused, balanced, and aligned with Scriveiner’s long-term vision.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations, or Project Management role, with proven exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
- Demonstrable experience in executing strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to scale processes, streamline workflows, and implement automation tools for growth.
- Skilled in developing and tracking KPIs, building dashboards, and managing performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to convert strategy into operational impact.
- Experience with fulfilment centres, 3PL logistics partners, and supply chain management is advantageous.
At Scriveiner, we don’t just sell products — we deliver excellence, heritage, and craftsmanship.
This role is for a builder, a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, accountability, and ambition meet. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping to scale a brand that embodies British elegance and global reach.
If you bring discipline, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset — this is where you belong.
