We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert specializing in Facebook Ads. You will focus solely on bringing in more local businesses.
We're seeking an A-player - a sharp, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in scaling advertising campaigns to manage and scale our paid advertising efforts across the Facebook platform. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in running Facebook ad campaigns for high-ticket online services, such as SEO, PPC, Web design, Coaching, etc. This position has a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity to build and manage a team of ad buyers in the future.
We need someone very well-versed in the FB platform who could manage an ad budget of $60-80k+/mo and have no issues scaling it while keeping the CPAs low. Youll be working side by side with the CEO to build out the ads department of the agency, as we are primarily an SEO company.
Key Responsibilities:
Сreating and testing new creatives for our ads with a strong eye for creative design Coming up with new hooks and ideas for our ad images since they perform so well for us Сreating images using ChatGPT Developing sophisticated, trackable testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and campaigns Managing campaign strategy and optimization at an advanced level Editing and split testing our landing pages Coming up with new ad copy angle ideas and ad copy Cleaning up negative FB ad comments Adding video testimonials to our current FB ads' comments for additional social proof Testing and implementing Google Veo 3 or Sora 2 for video content creation Taking full ownership of results and proactively suggesting improvements Working autonomously with minimal supervisionRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in direct paid Facebook Ads Management Proven track record of building a sophisticated campaign and scaling it while keeping costs low Advanced knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform Excellent English communication skills (near-bilingual level) Strong copywriting abilities for creating compelling ad copy Creative design skills and an eye for visual aesthetics in ad creation Strong analytical and testing methodology skills Experience with conversion rate optimization Fast, efficient work style with the ability to handle multiple projects Proactive mindset, strong ability to work independently, and take initiative Ability to work full-time without other commitments Leadership or team management experience will be a plus Portfolio of successful campaign case studies Google Ads experience preferred (strong willingness to learn required)We need someone hungry and driven who can eventually manage our entire paid ads division.
