WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Processing and execution of clients’ crypto requests, including funds conversion from fiat to crypto and execution to the dedicated wallet/account in collaboration with compliance, reconciliation and payment execution teams; Implement and manage processes of cryptocurrency transactions on behalf of the related parties within the company; Close communication and use with crypto liquidity providers, crypto exchanges and trading platforms; Currency risk mitigation via hedging instruments and platforms; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and security, to conduct in-depth investigations; Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into associated record-keeping tools, maintaining precise records for effective financial management; Ensure required liquidity levels are met on the daily basis in cross-team collaboration; Provide recommendations for mitigating risks and improving transaction monitoring processes; Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends related to crypto transaction monitoring; WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Proven experience in crypto transaction execution or a similar role within the financial or cryptocurrency industry; In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and various cryptocurrencies (would be an advantage);  Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations and best practices (would be an advantage); Analytical and investigative skills, with high attention to detail; Excellent time management skills; High sense of personal accountability; You can find out more about our team, our values, and the unique ways we celebrate our successes here: https://fyst.com/culture  Powered by JazzHR
