You will play a critical role in leading and executing our company’s strategy to launch new categories of AI agents, expanding Grammarly’s reach beyond writing into richer productivity workflows.
In this role, you will:
Develop the product strategy and roadmap for new agent categories that power new productivity workflows. Create intuitive agentic experiences: make powerful LLM capabilities feel approachable, simple, and useful. Turn ambiguity into clarity: define problem spaces, craft hypotheses, set success metrics, and drive zero-to-one bets from idea to scale. Build data-informed learning loops: create evaluation frameworks, run experiments, and turn insights into clear product decisions. Collaborate across disciplines and geographies: partner with engineers, product designers, data scientists, marketers, and user researchers to ship and iterate at high velocity.Qualifications
Has at least 5 years of experience with Product Management Has a genuine interest in AI technology. You have professional experience building AI/ML products and/or you are actively experimenting with AI in personal projects. Outstanding product and design sense, with a track record of shipping consumer products that people love at scale. Can drive learning, execution, and impact in a product area with ambiguity. Has a solid understanding of how to define success, set and move critical metrics. Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
