Job Description
Design, build, deploy, and operate solutions across the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to our robust service-oriented architecture of 300+ RESTful microservices that power AUTO1 Group's industry-leading digital platforms.Tackle complex challenges with a hands-on, proactive approach—leveraging your technical expertise to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced environment.Drive innovation and set industry standards by championing new technologies, processes, and best practices, ensuring AUTO1 remains at the forefront of digital transformation in automotive commerce.Collaborate cross-functionally with talented engineering, product, and business teams, delivering solutions aligned with our high standards for quality, reliability, and customer value.Expand your skill set by engaging with a wide range of technologies, architectures, and business domains, with the opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects and explore new areas within software development and beyond.Qualifications
4+ years of Java development experience with expertise in Java 17/21, Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs/microservices.Strong background working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Hibernate), plus exposure to NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).Hands-on experience with AWS services, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and serverless technologies (S3, Lambda).Proficient in unit/integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers) and familiar with containerization (Docker) as well as messaging systems (AWS SQS/SNS).Solid grasp of software engineering best practices such as Design Patterns, SOLID principles, scalability, performance optimization, and CI/CD.Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, integrating or experimenting with AI/ML in backend, and possessing effective English communication skills.Additional Information
