Основні обов'язки:
- Аналіз ринків: Проведення регулярних зрізів та глибокого аналізу українського та європейського ринків.
- Ціноутворення: Розробка цінової політики та порівняння цінових моделей конкурентів.
- Створення аналітичної бази: Підготовка та ведення аналітичних таблиць, а також консолідація даних для прийняття управлінських рішень.
- Робота з даними: Структурування, візуалізація та підготовка презентаційних матеріалів для керівництва та відділу маркетингу.
- Інформаційне забезпечення: Створення лістингів, описів та іншої інформації, необхідної для відділу маркетингу.
- Координація: Взаємодія з усіма відділами компанії, контроль за документообігом та виконання доручень керівника.
Вимоги до кандидата:
- Вища освіта (економіка, аналітика, енергетика, технічні спеціальності – як перевага).
- Бажано досвід роботи в аналітиці, ціноутворенні, закупівлях або суміжних сферах – від 2 років. Досвід роботи з сонячною енергетикою та генераторами – як перевага.
- Відмінні навички роботи в Excel (зведені таблиці, формули, аналіз даних) та інших аналітичних інструментах.
- Аналітичний склад розуму, вміння структурувати дані та працювати з великим обсягом інформації.
- Увага до деталей, відповідальність, самостійність.

- Формат роботи: офіс у Києві (Троєщина).
- Графік: пн-пт, з 09:00 до 17:30.

A German manufacturer of generators, portable charging stations, garden equipment and auto components under the brand Konner & Sohnen®, present in 20+ countries, invites an Assistant Product Manager (generators, solar panels, portable charging stations) to the team.
Main responsibilities: - Market analysis: Conducting regular reviews and in-depth analysis of the Ukrainian and European markets.
- Pricing: Development of pricing policy and comparison of competitors’ pricing models.
- Creation of an analytical base: Preparation and maintenance of analytical tables, as well as consolidation of data for management decisions.
- Work with data: Structuring, visualization and preparation of presentation materials for management and the marketing department.
- Information support: Creating listings, descriptions and other information required for the marketing department.
- Coordination: Interaction with all company departments, control of document flow and execution of manager’s assignments.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education (economics, analytics, energy, technical specialties – as an advantage).
- Preferably experience in analytics, pricing, procurement or related fields – from 2 years. Experience in solar energy and generators – as an advantage.
- Excellent skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and other analytical tools.
- Analytical mindset, ability to structure data and work with a large amount of information.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, independence.

- Stable salary: 35,000–45,000 UAH.
- Work format: office in Kyiv (Troyeshchyna).
