We’re looking for a proven SEO operator with the mindset of an entrepreneur to lead Parasite SEO business unit from scratch. This is a rare opportunity: full ownership of strategy, execution, budget, and P&L — with upside via profit share.
This role is not about maintaining systems. It’s about building a business unit, making fast bets, and proving ROI in months, not years.
What You’ll Do
- Own the P&L for Parasite SEO, with a set monthly budget to deploy autonomously (partnerships, domains, content, tooling, contractors).
- Design and execute the strategy for parasite growth, in collaboration with the CEO, while staying hands-on in execution.
- Acquire and manage assets (expired domains, redirected domains, partner placements) — balancing burn-and-churn bets with longer-term partnerships.
- Set the success metrics for assets (traffic, DR, backlink profile, rankings, FTDs, ROI).
- Test, adapt, and scale: spot trends and exploit opportunities across multiple GEOs with speed and precision.
- Lead migrations and redirections, oversee content/site buildouts, and run SEO at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Build the team over time: prove the business model, then hire and scale a lean, lethal unit.
- Deliver early results: FTDs in the first 30–60 days, profitability in 4–5 months.
