The Job

Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with potential clients. You’ll play a key role in helping our sales and marketing teams connect with qualified prospects and ensure a smooth scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to leads via phone, email, or chat to set appointments with potential clients
• Confirm meeting times and manage the agency’s calendar
• Handle reschedules, cancellations, and follow-ups promptly
• Send reminders to ensure attendance and minimize no-shows
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and appointments in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all scheduled leads are properly handed off

The Profile

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Scheduler, or similar role
• Strong experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management and automation
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
