Cadet” network Additional Tasks: Responsible for ensuring that V. promotion criteria completed by all CadetsEnsure that Cadets that complete a structured V. Training program are suitable for promotion to Officer ranks.Ensure Cadet standards are continuously improved.Establish V. as an Employers of Choice for Cadets in the region. Key Success Measures: Positive feedback of Cadets employed with V.Positive appraisals of the Cadets at the end of their first tenure as Officers.Timely deployment of Cadets on board so as the control the overall waiting time for placement of Cadets at homeMajority of the Cadets who have been part of the V.
