About the Company
We are an international iGaming operator with a full product line — sports betting, casino, and live casino. Our main market focus is LATAM, where the project is already live across multiple GEOs and continuing to expand.
The company operates on an industry-leading technical platform, is backed by investment, and has a growing team of ~40 people across product, marketing, payments, legal, and customer success.
The Role
We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who thrives where others hesitate, transforms obstacles into strategy, and joins us with the vision of partnership, not employment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall growth strategy for the operator
Take ownership of P&L, revenues, and profitability, ensuring the company scales sustainably.
Build, structure, and lead the C-level and operational teams across product, marketing, and operations.
Oversee marketing, traffic, and product performance, ensuring ROI and long-term competitiveness.
Strengthen analytics and operational processes to turn strategy into measurable results.
Act as a trusted partner to the investor, maintaining transparency and alignment on goals.
Represent the company externally, building credibility with affiliates, partners, and regulators.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in iGaming (casino, sportsbook, or operator-side) at CEO, CPO, Head of Product, or similar C-level role.
3–4+ years in the gambling industry, with experience scaling or launching new markets/products.
Strong knowledge of product, marketing, traffic acquisition, and operations.
Track record of building and managing teams (15+ people).
Hands-on operator with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
