We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Staffing Manager with hands-on Team Lead experience to join our Talent Excellence Department at Dev.Pro. In this high-ownership leadership role, you’ll oversee strategic hiring initiatives across the company, manage a team of staffing professionals, and act as the primary liaison and escalation point between delivery and recruitment. You’ll collaborate across departments and stakeholders, using your expertise to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.

Accumulate and maintain structured project- and client-specific staffing knowledgeAct as the main point of contact for the customer, delivery, and recruitment teamsEnsure clear communication and hiring progress visibility across stakeholdersPresent projects at hiring events, interviews, and offersDevelop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with delivery and recruitmentAssist internal teams in preparing resources for future staffing needsEscalate hiring issues and address blockers promptlyFacilitate info-heavy meetings like kick-offs, interviews, and offersOnboard and mentor recruiters and technical experts on project-specific hiringMonitor hiring outcomes and suggest process improvementsManage stakeholder expectations and communicationFacilitate conflict resolution as needed
