IF YOU ARE

Experienced in technical product management with 4+ years of practice, including building strategic product roadmaps from conception to launchStrong in Agentic AI or Generative AI, with proven experience in developing solutions or driving growth in these areasAccustomed to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and programming best practicesConfident in designing scalable and efficient solution architecturesExperienced in delivering crystallized IP or products, such as PoCs or trials for customersProficient in driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussionsSkilled in presenting technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholdersKnowledgeable in research and development (R&D) and lean startup principlesEffective in collaborating, building consensus, and driving technical decisions with diverse stakeholder groupsStrong in technical leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, and troubleshootingQualified with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, or a related field (master’s, PhD, MBA, or innovation management degree would be a plus)Capable of communicating fluently in English at a B2 level or higher for effective collaboration in a multicultural environment

Create a unique product based on Agentic AI together with the SoftServe teamCollaborate with researchers, engineers, customers, and leadership to bring deep technologies from early concepts and idea validation to pilots and scaled solutionsDrive the growth and scaling of R&D products and services, moving innovation from the lab to the marketPerform market research and customer discovery to identify needs and validate product-market fitDesign and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and coordinate with engineering teamsAnalyze research publications and collaborate with senior researchers to define scope, expectations, and risksWork with clients, prospects, sales, and marketing teams to commercialize developed technologies and offeringsEngage in pre-sales and client interactions to define innovation strategies and roadmaps for deep tech products
