Шукаємо досвідченого Senior/Lead Facebook Media Buyer'а, який готовий лідити напрям у вертикалі iGaming. Працюємо з Tier 1–3 гео, є прямі оффери, підготовлена команда (дизайн, фарм, аналітика) і бюджет для масштабування. Твоя зона відповідальності — стратегія, запуск, оптимізація, команда.

📌Обов'язки:

  • Запускати та масштабувати Facebook-кампанії під оффери у вертикалі iGaming
  • Створювати та тестувати нові зв’язки
  • Аналізувати ефективність зв’язок, оптимізувати під KPI (CPA, ROAS)
  • Взаємодіяти з affiliate-менеджерами, налаштовувати постбеки та трекінг
  • Будувати структуру акаунтів: прогрів, фарм, антибан
  • Формувати та керувати командою баєрів (або менторити молодших)
  • Пропонувати нові підходи до арбітражу в iGaming: гео, моделі, формати

💼 Вимоги:

  • Досвід у Facebook media buying від 4 років, з яких щонайменше 2 роки в iGaming
  • Успішний запуск і масштабування кампаній на Tier 1–3 ринки
  • Досвід ефективної роботи з рекламними бюджетами від $200K+ на команду на місяць
  • Практичне розуміння антибану, фарму, прогріву, роботи з BM
  • Вміння працювати з трекерами (Keitaro / Voluum / RedTrack), аналітикою, сплітами
  • Командність, аналітичність, ініціативність
